What is HTML ?

HTML is the "language" that web pages are accounting in - in fact, HTML stands for "hypertext mark-up language." But what does that mean?

Hyper is the adverse of linear. Old-fashioned computer programs were necessarily beeline - that is, they had a specific order. But with a "hyper" accent such as HTML, the user can go anywhere on the web page at any time.

Argument is just what you're searching at now - English characters acclimated to accomplish up accustomed words.

Mark-up is what is done to the argument to change its appearance. For instance, "marking up" your argument with afore it and afterwards it will put that argument in bold.

Accent is just that. HTML is the accent that computers apprehend in adjustment to accept web pages.
